Both our therapists are qualified to level 4 and come from healthcare professional backgrounds. 

• Is the clinic insured?

You’d think that not being insured was a thing of the past but it’s not unfortunately. People may not have the right insurance or not be insured at all. Most aesthetic insurers don’t cover certain qualifications so it’s really important to make sure they are insured before you start. • Have they got reviews?

Testimonials and reviews are the best way to see what the clinic is like. People are generally very honest about their experiences. So check out a clinic’s google reviews before you book in. 

• Can they answer your questions and do they show good knowledge?
